Membership Tips

The following is a collection of helpful tips presented by current members all of whom are having a successful experience with their involvement in the Meadowlands Regional Chamber.  Each new member has a different reason for joining our organization but the vast majority are looking to network and build relationships that lead to sales,  while others looks to build awareness of their brand and increase the visibility of their products and services.

  1. Utilize and consult your assigned Ambassador to learn how and  where to best get involved. Your MRC Ambassador is someone who has already achieved a successful chamber experience so they will help mentor, connect, and steer you in the right direction.
  2. Joining a committee allows you to focus your skill set and work towards common goals & interests with other MRC members. Advancing committee goals will increase the overall benefits between each and every member while allowing you to meet others in small group environments thus establishing solid relationship and friendships .
  3. Regular attendance at MRC networking events and seminars helps puts a “face to a name” and allows you to build personal credibility among members who are already active. Regularly attending chamber events is another way to forge business relationships while also learning more about the Meadowlands region.
